Note: In these, people of all ages and sex can practice the Kati Vyayama where sufficient place is available. Sandhi Vyayama can be practiced in any prayer, school, college, and employees meetings at the beginning (except Katisandhi vyayama) or at the end to relieve from the stress psychologically and with sedentary postures. Psycho-somatic-breathing activities can be practiced by all in lying when at home or in available area else in any posture with few adjustments to get multipurpose benefit. Thus, sulabha kriya yoga serves as a multipurpose health tool, which is needful to every body, for all the age groups and sex.
