 Mandagathi Shwasana Kriyas

These are designed and based on the basic principles of Pranayama like Suryanadi Pranayama, Chandranadi Pranayama, Nadishodhana Pranayama etc.

These provide fine exercise to the lungs, chest, and mind and regulate the functioning of the respiratory system, purify the body, and thought process. Increases concentration and gets peace to the mind. Provides good relief to the people with heart problems, allergy, esinofelia, asthma, sinusitis, acidity, gas trouble, IBS, hypertension, hormonal abnormalities.

These are much helpful to the women during pregnancy in preventing high BP, psychological stress, and will be helpful during delivery time.

Note: people with depression should be practiced these for 2-3 avarthanas with opened eyes and advised for people with mania.
